Penna Consulting plc (PNA:AIM), the international human resources consulting group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Miss Leslie Jane Ferrar, CVO FCA BSc (age 57) as non-executive director of the Company effective from 31 January 2013.
Leslie has extensive experience within the professional services sector having been a partner in KPMG's Human Capital Tax Practice for 17 years before becoming Treasurer to TRH The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall in 2005.
Current positions include Audit Committee of HMRC, Director of Breakthrough Breast Cancer and of CAFOD ( the official Catholic aid agency for England and Wales). Previous directorships include Duchy Originals Limited and several in the not for profit sector. Full details of Leslie's current and past directorships in the past five years are set out below.

On 1 March 2012 Traditional Arts Limited was voluntarily dissolved. In all cases there were no creditors outstanding.
