Rotork p.l.c. announces that Gary Bullard has been appointed a non-executive director of Rotork p.l.c. He will be a member of the Audit and Nomination Committees of the Board and will Chair the Remuneration Committee. He is currently a non-executive director of Chloride plc.
Gary previously held Sales Director and Divisional Managing Director roles at IBM and BT Group. Gary now provides management consulting services to large telecommunications and IT companies.
