The Company announces that Heidi Mottram OBE has been appointed as an executive director of the Company today, 1 March 2010. She will take up her position as Chief Executive Officer on 1 April 2010.

There is no information to be disclosed in accordance with LR 9.6.13 points (1) to (6) and, as at the date of this notification, Ms Mottram holds no shares in the Company.
