Roger Taylor appointed Deputy Chairman
and
Andrew Harrison appointed Chief Executive Officer
Further to the Company's announcement on 26 June 2013 and following the annual general meeting earlier today, the Company confirms the appointment of Roger Taylor as Deputy Chairman and Andrew Harrison as its new Chief Executive Officer.
Andrew Harrison holds 5 million shares, representing approximately 0.87% of the issued share capital of the Company.
No further information is required to be disclosed in respect of Andrew Harrison pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13R (1) to (6).
