Appointment of Chairman
The board of Caledonia Investments plc (the "Company") announces the appointment of James Loudon as Chairman of the Company with immediate effect. Mr Loudon, previously Deputy Chairman, was confirmed as Acting Chairman on 2 December 2008 following the death of Peter Buckley.
The Company will also be seeking a new independent non-executive director to join the board in due course.
