DIRECTORATE CHANGE

The Board of Woodburne Square AG ('Woodburne' or the 'Company'), the silver and precious metals focused investment company, is pleased to announce that Gobind Sahney has been appointed as Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.

Gobind Sahney (aged 49) has a background in corporate finance and business management, recently becoming the Chairman and Managing Director of Alpha Universal Management Plc. At Alpha, Mr. Sahney is involved in the analysis, acquisition, collection, and disposition of performing and non-performing debt portfolios and other distressed opportunities for the Company's account and investors. Prior to AUM, Mr. Sahney, through GO Services LLC and other proprietary entities acquired over $750 million in distressed unsecured consumer receivables in the USA, Europe, and UK. Mr. Sahney serves as Chairman of Receivables Acquisition and Management Corporation, a debt purchasing platform in runoff. Mr. Sahney also serves as a Director of Argus Global Holdings Ltd based in London, UK. At Argus Mr. Sahney established and has oversight of a global recovery network and investments in international non-performing loan portfolios.
