Simon, who is 37, joined the group inMarch 2005 as chief operating officer of EWS. He was previously ManagingDirector of GG.com and prior to that worked for Weatherbys, the Secretariat forUK racing. Since Simon's arrival at EWS, he has been responsible for overseeing thereorganisation of that business as well as establishing a road map for itsfuture growth, which has resulted in increased turnover at a robust margin.
