OpSec, a leading supplier of anti-counterfeiting technologies and services, is pleased to announce the appointment of David Erlong to the OpSec board with immediate effect. At the same time Anand Radhakrishnan is standing down as a non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect.

David André Robert Erlong, 32, is a Vice President in the Corporate Investment team of Investcorp International Limited ("Investcorp"). David Erlong joined Investcorp in 2011 from UBS Investment Bank's Technology and Business Services Group in London. Prior to that, he worked as an analyst in BNP Paribas' Media and Telecommunications M&A team. David holds an MSc in Finance from EM Lyon Business School and a Masters degree in Engineering from Ecole Supérieure de Mécanique et d'Electricité (ESME) Sudria in Paris. He wass previously a director of TDX Group.
