Further re Directorate Change
On 16 December 2009 the Company announced that Jerry Wales, Group Finance Director, was stepping down as a director and leaving the Company on 31 March 2010 and that Jamie Hewitt would replace him as Group Finance Director with effect from 31 March 2010. The Company now announces that Jerry Wales has resigned as a Director of the Company, and Jamie Hewitt has been appointed as Finance Director of the Company, with effect from today.
In addition to the directorships listed in the Company's announcement on 16 December 2009, Mr Hewitt currently holds the following directorships:
