Directorate Change

Betfair Group plc (the "Company") announces that Joshua Hannah has retired as a Non-Executive Director. Josh was first appointed as a director of The Sporting Exchange Limited in 2002 upon the acquisition of Flutter.com of which he was a founder. He became a Non-Executive of the Company when it was incorporated in 2008 and was on the Board for the Betfair flotation in 2010. 

Gerald Corbett, Chairman of the Company said:

"I would like to thank Josh for his enormous contribution to the Company over the past decade. He has seen the Company grow from its early days as an internet start-up, through to flotation and to where we are today. My fellow Directors and I wish him well for the future."
