Director change and management appointments
Origo Sino-India PLC ('Origo' or 'the Company') (AIM: OSI), the investment and strategic advisory company focused on the private equity markets of China and India, announces that Vinay Ganga has resigned as a director of the Company, as a result of an alleged breach by him of his contract of employment, with immediate effect.
Mr Ganga has also resigned from his role as a director of Origo Advisers Limited ("OAL"), which provides consultancy services to Origo Resource Partners Limited ("ORP"), and has relinquished his shareholding in OAL.
Origo is pleased to report that it has been strengthening its management team in recent weeks with a number of appointments of high calibre, senior individuals to the team. Origo has been intent on putting in place a broader team of people available to work with its and ORP's portfolio companies, and will continue to seek to add to its team as it expands the asset base.
