Paddy Power plc01 March 2006 Paddy Power plc Appoints Finance Director Paddy Power plc today (1 March 2006) announces the appointment of Jack Massey asits new Finance Director. Mr Massey (37) joins Paddy Power from ITG Europe, theEuropean division of the NYSE quoted Investment Technology Group Inc., where hehas been Chief Operating Officer since 2002. He will join Paddy Power in Apriland be co-opted to the Board on his arrival. A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland, Jack Massey waseducated at University College Dublin (B.Comm, D.P.A.). He has worked withArthur Andersen as Manager - Audit and Business Advisory Division and withUlster Bank Markets as Head of Financial and Management Reporting. He joinedITG Europe in 1998 as Finance Director.
