Following Ms. Popescu's renunciation to her position of member of the Board of Directors of Electrica SA starting with May 1st 2017, and in compliance with article no 1372 alin (1) from Law 31/1990 and art. 18 alin (9) from Articles of Associations of Electrica SA, the Board of Directors appoints Mr. Gicu Iorga, Romanian citizen, as interim member of the Board of Directors, starting with May 1st 2017, and until April 30th 2018, or until the next Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company, which of the dates comes first.
