NOTICE OF CHANGE TO DIRECTOR DETAILS

Drax advises that Charles Berry the Chairman and a non-executive director of the Company, has been appointed as a non-executive director and Chairman designate of Senior plc. The appointment to the Board of Senior plc will take effect on 1 March 2012, with the intention of taking over as Chairman on 27 April 2012.  Senior plc is listed on the London Stock Exchange.

There are no other matters to disclose in accordance with paragraph 9.6.14R of the Listing Rules.
