Xchanging today announces that Craig Wilson has been appointed as Chairman of Xchanging, in addition to his role as Chief Executive Officer, for the purpose of chairing the forthcoming Annual General Meeting, to be held on 28 June 2016.

As per the announcement made on 6 May 2016, it is anticipated that the cancellation of Xchanging's listing and trading on the London Stock Exchange will take effect on or shortly after 8.00 a.m. on 6 June 2016.
