ITE Group plc today announces that Malcolm Wall, Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, will step down from the Board with effect from 31 August 2011 due to the increasing demands of his future business commitments.
ITE's Chairman, Iain Paterson said:
'On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Malcolm for his significant contribution to the Group over the last five years. He leaves with our thanks and good wishes for the future.'
