Wren Homes Group PLC05 February 2008 5 February 2008 Wren Homes Group plc ("Wren" or "the Company") Directorate Change Wren Homes Group plc announces today (5 February 2008) that Peter West,Executive Chairman, has retired as a Director of the Company for personalreasons. Peter West, (who will be 64 this year) was a founder of the Company along withPaul Treadaway, Chief Executive. Peter intends to continue as a majorshareholder in Wren. The Board would like to thank Peter for his long-standingefforts and very significant contribution to Wren Homes since its foundation. Wren also announces that Non-Executive Director Brian Nathan will becomeNon-Executive Chairman of the Company. Brian has been a Non-Executive Directorof Wren since 2001. Previously, Brian was Executive Chairman and co-founder of the tool hire companyBrandon Tool Hire ("Brandon"), which he founded in 1971. Under his stewardship,Brandon floated on the full list in 1995, before its sale to Wolseley PLC forcirca £80 million in May 2006.
