5 April 2005 BOARD CHANGES RETIREMENT OF HANS VAN DER WIELEN & ANA MARIA LLOPIS Reckitt Benckiser plc announces that two non-executive directors, who retire byrotation at this year's annual general meeting ("AGM") in accordance with theCompany' Articles of Association, have decided not to seek re-election at theAGM on 5th May 2005 and will step down as directors on that date.Hans van der Wielen was appointed to the Board at the time of the merger in1999, having previously served as a member of the supervisory board ofBenckiser NV since 1997.
