Appointment of Richard Goodmanson
Qantas Airways Limited Board of Directors
Rio Tinto announces that Richard Goodmanson, non-executive director of Rio Tinto plc and Rio Tinto Limited, will join the Board of Qantas Airways Limited as a non-executive director, effective 19 June 2008.
