27 April 2011 SureTrack Monitoring plc ("SureTrack" or "the Company") Directorate Change

The Company announces that John Nicol, Chairman, has left the Board with immediate effect to pursue his other business interests.

The Company intends to identify and appoint a new chairman in due course. Simon Barrell, Non-executive Director, has been appointed Chairman of the Board in the interim.
