Director's Resignation
IS Solutions Plc ('IS Solutions' or 'the Company') announces that Jon West, Executive Director has today resigned from the Board of the Company and will step down from the Board with immediate effect. Jon will remain with the Company until the end of June and thereafter on a consultancy basis until September 2009.
Jon joined IS Solutions in 1996 and was appointed to the Board as Marketing Director in 1997. The Directors would like to thank Jon for his contribution and wish him well in the future.
There is no current intention to replace this role, with all related duties passing to Peter Kear over the coming months.
