Journey Group plc (the "Group"), a leading provider of catering services and in-flight products to the international airline and travel industries, is pleased to announce the appointment of Christopher Mills as a Non-Executive Director of the Group with immediate effect.
Christopher is the Chief Executive of Harwood Capital LLP ("Harwood Capital"), the largest shareholder of Journey Group Plc, which, alongside its connected party North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust Plc (where Christopher is Chief Executive Officer and Investment Manager), together currently hold 29.8% of the Group. He replaces the previous Harwood Capital nominee director, Max Lesser, who has served on the Board since May 2012.
Christopher has a wealth of public company experience, currently serving as non-executive director for a number of companies, including The Quarto Group Inc., MJ Gleeson PLC, Catalyst Media Group plc, Cyprotex plc and Bioquell plc, as well as a number of private and overseas companies. He will also join the Group's Audit and Remuneration Committees.
