Watermark Group PLC18 January 2007 For immediate release 18 January 2007 Watermark Group plc ("Watermark", or "the Group") Board Changes Having overseen the integration of the Products and Services divisions into acombined operating unit, John Caulcutt has decided that the time has come torelinquish his position as Executive Deputy Chairman of the Group. As shareholders need no reminding, John's name has been synonymous with that ofWatermark since he founded the business over 20 years ago. His vision was thatas the number of airlines grew, more and more would seek to outsource non-coreactivities to third party providers. It was a good call then, and one which hasarguably more mileage in it today than it did all those years ago. I am very pleased to inform shareholders that John has agreed to remain as aStrategic Advisor to the Group, and to be available to the customers with whomhe has built many close relationships over the last 20 years. At the same time, I believe that it is now appropriate for me to relinquish myown executive responsibilities, and I will in future operate as Non-ExecutiveChairman.
