Hibernia announces appointment of new Director

Hibernia REIT plc ("Hibernia" or the "Company") announces the appointment of Frank Kenny to the board of the Company as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 8 November 2017.

Frank Kenny is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Willett Companies LLC, a property investment company which specialises in multi-tenanted office and retail properties on the East Coast of the United States. He has more than 35 years' experience in the Irish and U.S. property markets and was one of the founders of Hibernia. Prior to the management internalisation in November 2015 he was a Director of WK Nowlan REIT Management Limited, the investment manager of Hibernia, and since then has acted as a Senior Adviser to the Company.

Hibernia confirms that no information is required to be disclosed pursuant to Listing Rules 6.6.7 of the Irish Stock Exchange or 9.6.13 of the UK Listing Authority.

Frank Kenny currently holds 5,530,234 Ordinary Shares in Hibernia.
