Board Change
Impellam Group plc, a leading provider of staffing solutions and support services, today announces that John Rowley is standing down from his role as Group Development Director. John will remain on the Board of Impellam as a Non-executive Director and as a part time consultant to the Executive Directors.
John has almost 40 years recruitment industry experience in the UK and overseas and was appointed as Group Development Director of Impellam in May 2008. Prior to that, John had been Group Development Director and UK Chief Executive of The Corporate Services Group plc ("CSG"), which earlier this year merged with Carlisle Group Limited to form Impellam.
Previously, John was Chief Executive of the Protocol group of companies and, prior to that, he was Chief Operating Officer, Joint Vice Chairman and Management Board Director of Vedior NV which, at that time, was the world's third largest staffing company. He is also past Chairman of the REC (the trade body representation of the staffing industry in the UK).
The Board wishes to place on record their appreciation to John for his services to CSG and latterly Impellam and welcome him to his new role.
