Astrid Intelligence PLC (AQSE: ASTR) announces that Olivia Edwards has resigned as Chairperson and as a Director of the Company with immediate effect.
The Board thanks Olivia for her contribution to Astrid and wishes her well in her future endeavours.
With immediate effect, Mark Creaser will assume the role of Executive Chairman and Siam Kidd will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer.
Mark Creaser, Executive Chairman, commented:
