Director Change
IGas Energy plc announces that Brent Cheshire, Executive Technical Director, has confirmed his intention to retire from the board at the forthcoming AGM on 20th June 2011.
Francis Gugen IGas Chairman said " I would like to thank Brent, a fellow founder of the Company, for his dedication over the last six years which has seen the Company transformed to the point of being able to focus on commercial production. I am pleased that John Blaymires has made a successful transition to the board as Chief Operating Officer and that Brent will continue his involvement as an advisor to the Company."
