Director Resignation
Sterling (AIM: SEY), the independent oil and gas exploration and production company with interests in the Middle East and Africa, today announces that Andrew Grosse, Exploration Director, has resigned to pursue other opportunities. The terms of his employment with the Company contain provisions for a 6 month notice period.
The Company will start the process to seek and appoint a successor.
Angus MacAskill, Sterling's Chief Executive said:
"On behalf of the Board and Shareholders, I would like to thank Andrew for his contribution during his time with Sterling, particularly during the very challenging operation to drill the Sangaw North well. We wish him well for the future."
