Amlin plc (the “Company”) announces that Mr Brian Carpenter has confirmed his intention to retire as a Director of the Company with effect from 30 September 2014. No compensation for loss of office was awarded to Mr Carpenter as a result of his retirement. Full details of his remuneration arrangements will be disclosed on the Company’s website as soon as reasonably practical following the date of his retirement.
The Board would like to express their gratitude for Mr Carpenter’s contribution to the Board during his tenure.
This announcement is made pursuant to paragraph 9.6.11R of the Listing Rules.
