Josyane Gold has 32 years' experience as a lawyer in corporate practice in theCity. For the last 25 years she has been a partner of SJ Berwin where she was afounder of its private equity and investment funds practices. She continues asa consultant to SJ Berwin. There is no information concerning Ms Gold which is required to be disclosedpursuant to paragraph 9.6.13 R of the Listing Rules.
