DIRECTORATE CHANGES

St. Modwen Properties PLC, the UK's leading regeneration specialist, announces the following non-executive Director changes.

Katherine Innes Ker, an independent non-executive Director, and David Garman, the Senior Independent Director, will retire from the Board with effect from the conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held on 27 March 2013. The search for David's replacement is underway and an announcement will be made in due course.

These changes follow the appointment of Kay Chaldecott as an independent non-executive Director on 22 October 2012, who joined the Board following a 27 year career in the UK retail property sector.

Commenting, St. Modwen's Chairman, Bill Shannon, said:

"I would like to take this opportunity to thank both Katherine and David for their contribution to the Company and wish them well for the future.
