RHM plc12 August 2005 RHM plc 12 August 2005 Appointment of Non-executive Directors The Board of RHM plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Baulk andRoger Matthews as non-executive directors of the Company with effect from 1September 2005. Both will be invited to join the Audit, Remuneration andNominations Committees. In addition, Roger Matthews will be invited to chair the RHM plc Audit Committee. Michael Baulk is a member of the worldwide board of the BBDO advertising groupand Chairman and Chief Executive of its UK-based arm, BBDO AMV Group. He was anon-executive director of Debenhams plc between 1998 and 2003. Roger Matthews was Group Finance Director of J. Sainsbury plc between 1999 and2005, having previously served as Managing Director and Finance Director ofCompass plc. He is non-executive Chairman of Sainsbury's Bank and of Land ofLeather Holdings plc. Commenting on the appointments, Jan du Plessis, Chairman of RHM plc said: "I am delighted to announce that Michael Baulk and Roger Matthews are joiningthe Board of RHM.
