Redrow PLC16 March 2007 Redrow plc It is with much regret that Redrow is announcing that Robert Jones has advisedthe Board he will be resigning as Chairman with effect from 30 March 2007.Robert has been battling against ill-health over the last few years and untilvery recently he had expected to be able to continue in his role for some time.However, his condition has recently deteriorated very rapidly to such a degreethat he considers he can no longer continue to serve on the Board. Robert has served Redrow as a Non Executive Director for nearly 10 years and asChairman since October 2000. The Board very much appreciates his contributionto the Company in both roles and obviously at this time our thoughts are withRobert, his wife and family. With effect from 30 March 2007 Jim Martin, currently Senior Non ExecutiveDirector, will become Interim Chairman until a new Chairman is appointed andBrian Duckworth will take the position of Senior Independent Non ExecutiveDirector.
