Company Health (AIM: CHT), a provider of occupational health services including recruitment to corporates and medical evidence collecting services to life assurance providers, announces that Non-Executive Director, Mike Rogers, has stepped down from the Board with immediate effect. Mr Roger's resignation results from a potential conflict of interest arising from his other business interests.
