The Company announces that Bill Howe, Chief Executive Officer of the Company resigned from the Board of the Company and its subsidiaries on 18 August 2010, with immediate effect.

Bill joined the Board when the Company was first admitted to AIM in 2006 and has played a key role in its progress and development to date. The Board would like to thank Bill for his very considerable contribution over the past 4 years and to wish him well in his future activities.
