Altona Energy plc announces the resignation of Chris Lambert as a director of the Company with immediate effect and as Chief Executive of the Company with effect from 8 December 2014.
Mr Lambert has been with Altona since it listed on the AIM market in 2005 and has seen the Company through a number of development stages throughout this period.
As the Company now moves closer to a phase of development, Mr Lambert has taken the decision to step down to dedicate more time to his other business interests. Michael Zheng, Executive Chairman of Altona, will adopt the role of Chief Executive. A new Board appointment is expected to be announced in the near future.

About Altona Energy
Altona is listed on the London Stock Exchange's AIM market.
