Carillion PLC02 December 2005 Carillion plc Board changes Roger Dickens CBE DL, retired today from the Carillion Board. David Maloney, whois currently a non-executive director of Carillion, succeeds Roger as chairmanof the Audit Committee. Roger Dickens was also senior independent non-executive director. David Garmanassumes the role of senior independent non-executive director of the Company. Commenting, Carillion chairman Philip Rogerson said: "Roger has made asignificant contribution to Carillion since joining the Board in May 2000, lessthan a year after Carillion was launched as a separate company.
