ACAL PLC - BOARD CHANGE
Acal plc ("Acal") announces that Stephen Sydes, who has worked within the Acal Group since 1999 and has been Divisional Director-Electronics since 2004, is appointed a Director of Acal with immediate effect.
Prior to joining Acal, Mr Sydes worked for the Sedgemoor Group as the Managing Director of one of its subsidiary companies, Gothic Crellon Limited. The Sedgemoor Group was acquired by Acal in 1999.
There are no matters requiring disclosure under paragraph 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules.
