The Board of TyraTech (AIM: TYR and TYRU), a life sciences company focusing on natural pest control and healthcare products, announces that Dr. Kevin Shultz retired from the Company and resigned from the Board as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 April 2013.

Commenting, Alan Reade, Executive Chairman of the Company said: "Kevin was of great assistance in guiding the Company through a challenging period in its growth, firstly as the Head of Research and Development and latterly as a Non-Executive Director. The Board members would like to record their gratitude for the contribution made and wish Kevin well for the future".
