Redrow plc - Directorate Change

Brian Duckworth completes his second three year term as a Non-Executive Director on 31st May 2008. In line with the Company's guidelines on Directors' terms of office he will retire from the Board as at that date. The Board wishes to record its sincere thanks to Brian for his valued contribution as a Director and in particular as Chairman of the Corporate Responsibility Committee and more recently as Senior Non-Executive Director. Malcolm King will take over as Senior Non-Executive Director and Denise Jagger will become Chairman of the Corporate Responsibility Committee.
