ServicePower Technologies Plc (AIM: SVR), a market leader in field management, is pleased to announce the appointment of Richard ("Rick") Edward Mace, aged 58 as a non executive director. He will be appointed to the Board with immediate effect. Rick has led businesses within the telecommunications and networking markets, with extensive experience with hardware/software and service business models. He has international experience and has worked with both publicly listed and private companies.
Mr Mace currently holds the following directorships/partnerships:
Hakisa Corp.
Island Club Resort
Kentrox Court
Tekelec Corp.
Wireless Telecom Group, Inc.
During the past five years, Mr Mace has also held directorships or partnerships at the following companies: PacketExchange Limited, PacketExchange (Europe) Limited and PacketExchange (Metro) Limited.
There are no other matters required to be reported pursuant to Schedule Two (g) of the AIM rules.
ServicePower also announces that Rudy Burger (non-executive) is stepping down from the Board with immediate effect.
