Changes to Board
Vedanta Resources plc ("Vedanta" or the "Company") announces that Dr. S K Tamotia, a non-executive director of the Company has resigned following his conviction by an Indian court for having disproportionate assets during his tenure as Chairman of the National Aluminium Company Limited much prior to his joining the board of Vedanta. The Board has accepted Mr. Tamotia's resignation.
