ISG plc, the international construction services group, today confirms the following previously announced changes to the composition of its Board, which took effect from the conclusion of its 2013 Annual General Meeting held today, 6 December 2013:

- Having served nine years on the Board, John Barnes stepped down as Senior Independent Director and retired from his role as a Non-Executive Director of the Company.

- Richard Mully replaced John Barnes as Senior Independent Director.
