Announcement of Appointment of Additional Executive Director

Mortice Ltd (AIM:MORT), the Singapore Headquartered, AIM listed security and facility management company with operations in India through its fully owned subsidiary, Tenon Property Services Pvt. Ltd. which in turn is the holding company of Peregrine Guarding Pvt. Ltd. and Rotopower Projects Pvt. Ltd. is pleased to announce that Mr. Vaibhav Dayal has been appointed as an additional Executive Director to the Board of the Company.

Mr. Dayal joined Tenon Property Services Pvt. Ltd. as Group CEO in August 2009 and during this period he has seen Tenon grow- substantially across all business areas. Earlier, Mr Dayal worked with WNS Global Services, then one of India's leading BPO services provider heading their business in Europe. Previous to that, Mr. Dayal was a co-founder of Cognosys Software, a VC backed niche software company in India providing services to clients in Europe and US. Mr. Dayal started the business from scratch and led the company until it was acquired by Kale Consultants.

Mr. Dayal is a business mentor to start-ups and early stage companies as part of the largest organized network of mentors in India, Mentoredge©, the mentoring organization run by IIM Ahmedabad.

Mr. Dayal graduated in Electrical Engineering from IT-BHU, an Ivy League institution in India and part of IIT network. Also, Mr. Dayal did his PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Management) for Executives from IIM-Ahmedabad, one of India's top ranked management institutions.

There is no other information regarding Mr. Dayal that is required to be disclosed pursuant to Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules.

Tenon Property Services Pvt. Ltd. acquired Rotopower Projects Private Limited, an Indian Facilities Management company based in Delhi, in June 2009.

Peregrine has been providing security services for 16 years, establishing a client base and developing a strong pan-India presence providing manned guarding and security solutions.

Peregrine, through over 50 offices, has presence in all Indian states/union territories and has clients in a range of sectors including ITES, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, hospitality, banking and healthcare.

Tenon and Rotopower, together, constitute the facilities management service offering of Mortice. Tenon, the facilities management arm of Mortice, was established to provide superior quality facilities management services. Tenon today operates in 19 Indian states and serves clients with a comprehensive and sophisticated service offering.

Rotopower was established 15 years back and today serves clients in all the states/union territories in India. It provides a range of facilities management services that include mechanical and electrical maintenance services, annual maintenance contracts and housekeeping services to a wide range of customers. Rotopower also provides services to telecom tower companies for the maintenance and running of electrical equipment.
