CHANGE OF CHAIRMAN

The Board is pleased to announce that, with effect from the Annual General Meeting of the company on 24th July 2015, Tony Isaac will be appointed Chairman of the Company. He is currently Chair of the Audit Committee and the Senior Independent Director and these roles will be filled in due course by Mark Whiteling, who joined the board as a non-executive director in October 2014.

Mr John Coombe, who has been Chairman since Hogg Robinson Group listed on the London Stock Exchange in 2006, is retiring from the Board after nine years of serving us well.

The Board is making progress with recruiting a new Group Finance Director and will make an announcement on this as soon as possible. As previously announced, Philip Harrison will continue in his role at least until the Group's final results have been announced in May 2015.

John Coombe, Chairman of the Company, said: "After having had the privilege of serving as Hogg Robinson's chairman for nine years, I am delighted that the Board has chosen to appoint as my successor someone with the breadth and depth of experience that Tony has."
