The Working Transitions division is a specialist business providingdistance-based support to insurance company clients. The Company's strategy isto focus on its core outplacement services and the continuing development of itstalent management services. The resignations of Mr. Horsted and Mr. Lewis do not affect their status asemployees of the Company and accordingly they will both continue to be involvedin the Company in their capacities as employees but not as directors.
