Kiotech International plc23 February 2006 Kiotech International plc ("Kiotech" of "the Company") The Company announces that Richard Rose has been appointed non-executiveChairman of the Company with immediate effect. Mr Rose replaces Nicholas Scottwho has assumed the position of executive Director with responsibility forbusiness development. David Gyle-Thompson and Peter Lawrence remain asnon-executive directors. As disclosed in the Company's AIM admission document, Kiotech had agreed inprinciple arrangements with Lawrence plc (of which Peter Lawrence is a director)relating to field testing, pricing and marketing of commercial fishing andaquaculture products. Negotiations with Lawrence plc in this regard are ongoingand are expected to be concluded and announced shortly. In the meantime,Lawrence plc are assisting the Company through the provision of administrativeand accounting services.
