Directorate Changes

Sirius Real Estate, the real estate company with a portfolio of mixed-use business parks across Germany, providing modern, flexible workspace, today announces changes to its Board with immediate effect.

Non-executive Directors, Walter Hens, Shelagh Mason and Charles Parkinson resigned from the Board, on Thursday 2 August 2012. As a result, the number of Sirius Non-executive Board members will reduce from nine to six.

Notwithstanding these changes, the Board remains within the jurisdiction of the Panel of Takeovers and Mergers.
