Informa announces the retirement of Dr Brendan O'Neill as Chairman of the Audit Committee and Non-Executive Director. Dr O'Neill has served as a Non-Executive Director for nine years and did not stand for re-election at today's AGM. He is succeeded by John Rishton as Audit Committee Chairman from today.

The Company confirms that Dr Brendan O'Neill will receive his annual Non-Executive Director's fee of £77,697, on a pro-rata basis up until 26th May 2017. No other remuneration payment or payment for loss of office will be made.
