The West Brom announces Board changes
As previously announced Robert Sharpe, the Society's Chief Executive, has advised the Board of his wish to stand down as Chief Executive during 2011.
Robert has now agreed with the Board that he will leave the Society at the end of May to pursue non-executive roles.
Jonathan Westhoff, the Deputy Chief Executive, will be appointed Chief Executive, effective from the date of Robert's departure, subject to normal regulatory approval.
The West Brom also announces that John Ainley and Mark Preston have joined the Society's Board as Non-Executive Directors.
